COMBAT PAY ... THE STRUGGLE CONTINUES!
Yesterday, November 13, 2010, in a crowded city council , sought and received by U.S. citizens, the mayor of Terzigno has signed an order which prohibits you 18 municipalities of the cd. "Red zone" of spills in the former landfill SARI. The order
was prepared by lawyers who are available to citizens and only with pressures "from below" the administration has finally taken a positive measure.
This is ONLY a result PEOPLE! Only with our mobilization that was possible.
Beyond the practical implications of what happened yesterday represents another example of how real politics is done by those who for some time and will continue to assert their dignity in this land and it is another proof of how political class of this country is inadequate, unable to handle situations and to take on the popular demands.
remain vigilant : still no landfill was not closed, nor has it been deleted from the law 123/08 the possibility of opening a second landfill in Cava Vitiello.
There will be no victory until we put an end to wicked plans of management of the waste cycle in Campania.
The alternatives are there, it's time to implement them!

Le analisi e le relazioni riguardanti lo stato di salute della terra vesuviana che oggi qualcuno vuole vendere come dato nuovo e incontrovertibile è l’ennesima truffa perpetrata ai danni delle popolazioni. L’inquinamento della falda acquifera di cui si va discutendo adesso era già nota, oltre che evidente. La presenza di uno sversatoio che ha funzionato per vent’anni, pieno anche di materiali tossici provenienti dall’ ACNA di Cengio ( remember il duo La Marca-Fabbrocino?) poteva mai purificare il territorio? E il nuovo sversatoio barbaramente gestito dalla cricca Prodi- Bertolaso-Berlusconi, poteva mai non aggravare una situazione già compromessa fino al midollo? Ecco perché siamo convinti, oggi più che mai, che per mettere fine a tale scempio c’è bisogno della mobilitazione allargata e composita degli uomini e delle donne che su tale suolo vivono, disperano, muoiono.
Questo lo diciamo consapevoli del fatto che la classe politico-dirigente ancora saldamente incollata a difendere interessi di partito e particolari (i cazzi loro!), invece di scappare a gambe levate dopo la grande svendita, imperterriti continuano a sottoscrivere accordi senza il consenso di nessuno.
La legge 152/06 art..242 che IMPONE al gestore del sito in questione e ai sindaci tutori della salute pubblica, una volta riscontrato il danno, nel giro di ventiquattro ore, di chiudere e bonificare il luogo dello scempio è stata del tutto violata.
