Questo esempio e questa memoria dovrebbero rappresentare un orientamento di fondo per chi è chiamato, a tutti i livelli di responsabilità, a ricoprire un ruolo al servizio del bene comune. Tanto più nel momento in cui le forze politiche affermano di volersi impegnare per rinnovare quel patto. Rinnovare, perché di questo si tratta. Rinnovare un patto per costruire una nuova unità dell’Italia. Rinnovare per sentirci cittadini di un unico paese.
