Il Pd nasce per reinterpretare e far rivivere più pienamente la democrazia nella società regionale plasmata dall’informazione, dalla finanza e dalle migrazioni che si fanno sempre più evidenti, minacciata da un riscaldamento non eco compatibile, dai pericoli del fondamentalismo politico imperante, contro i rischi di una ingiustizia sociale sempre più pervasiva.
Si tratta quindi di un progetto che va oltre questa fase della costituzione del Pd, coincidente con la elezione dei delegati all’assemblea costituente nazionale e la scelta del Segretario.
